I love science!-I am passionate about developing new knowledge concerning the impacts of climate change and deforestation on our water resources. Together with my team at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) (Top tier #1 science powerhouse), we have discovered unimaginable trends in specific locations around the world which report vulnerability and tipping points of forest loss leading to dramatic changes in the water cycle. Continuous efforts are being assessed and we aim to report these solutions before permanent changes in ecosystems begin. (Click below for my latest publications).
